2024-2025 Rates

Payment Dates

• Deposit and Application fee due within 5 business days of room offer. See Application Status page
• Summer Term Residence Fees - March 1st 2024
• Fall Term Residence Fees - June 28th, 2024
• Winter Term Residence Fees - November 1st, 2024

First semester fees include a one time;

• Application fee ($75 non-refundable)
• Residence Council fee ($50)
• Residence Deposit ($400)

Termination Policy
